Taken near Zabriskie Point, it was pushing 50 degrees Celsius (122 Fahrenheit) on this August day in Death Valley, California

I was in the right place at the right time. Planning helps, but there is luck involved in a shot like this one. A big storm was coming over the mountains, and in front of it, with the change of wind, came a dust storm... and being at sunset it was just perfect.
