Captured at dusk on a cold, wet & windy day about an hours drive from Melbourne, Australia. I'd been attempting to photograph this on and off for over 6 months. Hampered by totally overcast or clear skies each time I had almost given up... until this totally miserable afternoon!

The wind picked up and as hoped, helped clear the skies just enough for the sun to create these spectacular colours.

I took my brother along for the drive and used him as a human shield against the wind, rain and ocean spray... this 30 second exposure doesn't give any indication to the waves that day.
